modern home architecture that speaks to an open lifestyle. the public rooms flow into one another. light. lights. windows of custom sizes. a beautiful use of space. the private spaces are both elegant and personal. surfaces are finely done and well appointed.

i had to remove myself from a few reflective surfaces

this meticulous example of mid-century home architecture had the added benefit of being beautifully decorated. i desired to capture not just the angles of the home, but the whimsical lifestyle as well. rich colors, sight-lines, exactness

a cozy rambler style home sitting amidst large contemporary buildings. i wanted to accent the comfortable lifestyle and the sense of privacy, the feeling you had been here before and you were joyous to return.

classically contemporary….not sure if that is a term. a large home on a large lot. wooded views and a mix of the formal and the casual. adults in the living and dining rooms while laughter is heard from the youngers in the family room. i can smell the pasta.

a sleeper home. a brick bungalow on a quiet street. once inside you see the respect of the past coupled with novel and progressive ideas. all with a flair for living. every space transformed. an outbuilding for solitary pursuits. my job was to capture the present, past, and whimsey.

capturing architectural details is both challenging and exciting. challenging to accurately reflect the space without changing the proposed nature. interesting because the space is usually devoid of personal items.

it’s all fun.

the national association of realtors states a high number of videos are viewed with the sound off. perhaps a number of views occur while at work. the videos i produce have music and my have captions and voice overs. many videos feature the broker as well. from studio condos to multi-acre estates we provide an enticing look into a property.

this broker production utilized two cameras, lights, sound equipment, a teleprompter, still photoshoot, video, actors, and a free hand location shoot.

and it was quite enjoyable.

i was approached by general microsystems inc to produce materials that stated: what they do .: who they are ..: where they came from. we researched for days, interviewed the president, and created this piece and two others.

we were contracted by Windermere Kirkland Central to interview a number of artist who were hanging their work in the office. i had the honor of interviewing these most interesting people in their spaces as they worked.

Our aerial team is FAA certified and well trained. We plan our flights accordingly as there are many “no fly” zones in our area. Flight paths, large and small airports, unexpected places and some government areas. Still images and video are shot in the highest resolution for clarity and ease of editing.
